About Coach Hannah
Coach Hannah began his professional career at Greenville High School and later moved to Temple High. He came to Mt. Zion in 2020 where he currently serves as the Social Studies Department Chair and instructor of the Advanced Placement social science curriculum. He teaches AP U.S. History, U.S. History in Film and U.S. History. In addition to his teaching duties, he also coaches the wrestling team and the fishing team, which he started at MZHS during the 2020-21 school year.
Coach Hannah holds a B.A. in History with a minor in Secondary Education from the University of West Georgia. He is a graduate of Carrollton High School and is from the Roopville community. He and his wife Amber have three children, Huck, Piper and Hattie. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.
