50 push ups, 50 curls with something of weight, 45 seconds of flutter kicks (ABS), 15 minute walk

Tuesday

50 body weight squats, 50 backwards lunges, 50 sit ups (ABS), 15 minute walk

Wednesday

50 burpees, 50 tuck jumps, 1 minute of 6 inches (ABS), 15 minute walk

Thursday

50 mountain climbers, 50 alternating side lunges, 1 minute plank (ABS), 15 minute walk

Friday

30 minute walk, 15 minute full body stretch
